Medication reminders for iPhone
Need a hand with DoseHarbor? The fastest way to reach us is by email: doseharbor.support@gmail.com. We read every message and aim to reply within a couple of days.
Email doseharbor.support@gmail.com with any question, bug report, or feature request. The easiest way is Settings → Contact support in the app: it opens a draft with your iOS version, DoseHarbor version, device model, time zone, language, notification status, and how many medications you have set up (a count only — never their names) already filled in. Nothing is sent until you tap send, and you can edit or delete any of it first. Writing from your own mail app is fine too — just include your iOS version and DoseHarbor version (Settings → About). Either way, a short description of what happened helps us most. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what those details cover.
Make sure notifications are enabled for DoseHarbor: open the iOS Settings app → DoseHarbor → Notifications and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Also check that Focus modes and Do Not Disturb aren’t silencing them.
Still nothing? Tap Settings → Contact support in the app and send us the draft — it includes the notification settings we need to work out what is going on.
Enable Discreet notifications in the app’s Settings. Reminders will then read “Time for your reminder” instead of showing medication names.
Go to Settings → Export data (JSON) to get a complete copy of everything the app stores. Your data lives only on your device, so keeping an export is a good idea before switching phones.
Go to Settings → Delete all data to permanently remove everything. Because data lives only on your device, deleting the app also deletes the data.
Yes. DoseHarbor makes no network requests — your medications, schedules, and history stay on your device. The only thing that ever reaches us is an email you choose to send us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
DoseHarbor has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics, and it never transmits your data anywhere; we do not sell or share anything. The one thing we ever see is an email you choose to send us, and the policy spells out exactly what an in-app support draft contains. Read the full Privacy Policy.
DoseHarbor is a reminder tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or make recommendations about medications. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s guidance.
