DoseHarbor is a medication reminder app for iPhone. This policy is short because there is genuinely nothing to disclose: DoseHarbor has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics, and it never transmits your data anywhere. We do not sell or share anything, ever. The only information that ever reaches us is what you choose to put in an email to support — see Contacting support below.
Everything you enter — medication names, strengths, notes, schedules, and your dose history — is stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. It is never sent to us (we have no servers) or to anyone else.

The App Store privacy label for DoseHarbor is “Data Not Collected.”
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple’s notification system. Notification content (which can include medication names) never leaves your device. If you prefer not to show medication names on your lock screen, enable Discreet notifications in Settings — reminders will say “Time for your reminder” instead.
If you email us — either directly or by tapping Contact support in the app’s Settings — that email arrives in our inbox, because that is how email works. The app itself sends nothing: tapping Contact support opens a draft in your own mail app, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
To save you looking them up, that draft is pre-filled with basic troubleshooting details:
Medication names, strengths, notes, schedules, and dose history are never included. The whole draft is ordinary editable text: read it, delete anything you would rather not send, and send it only when you are happy with it.
We use the email you send us to reply to you and to fix the problem you reported — nothing else. It is never used for marketing or added to any mailing list.
DoseHarbor currently stores data on-device only. If a future version adds optional iCloud backup, it will use your personal iCloud account under Apple’s terms and privacy policy; we will still have no access to your data, and this policy will be updated before that ships.
DoseHarbor is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.
DoseHarbor is a reminder tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or make recommendations about medications. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s guidance.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Because the app has no servers and no analytics, changes will only ever clarify how an existing feature works or describe a new optional one (like iCloud backup).
